Cancellation Policy

Reschedule or Cancellations

You will receive a text message reminder 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you can no longer make your appointment it is required that you cancel via square appointments or text the salon. This allows other clients to take that opening and gives your stylist the opportunity to still earn income during that time booked. Providing less than 48hrs notice requires the client pay 50% of the service booked as a late reschedule or cancellation fee.

Same Day Cancellation or No Show

Same day cancellations and no shows are both subject to being charged 100% of the service booked. This is because it does not provide us with time to offer the spot to others or the opportunity to fill it. Because operation costs still occur, the salon loses money if there is a same day cancellation or no show.

All fees are billed via Square invoices and are due when received.
